POLICY

Please buy coupons by paying full amount before entering the premises of resort. Please follow this strictly.

• Management shall take strict action if anyone is found without any coupon in the premises 
• Any damage to the movable and immovable assets in any form is liable to compensated by the guest.
• Alcohol and other forms of intoxicants are not allowed in the premises of the resort.
• RutuGandh is a 100 % “PURE VEGETARIAN”, so any non veg. food brought from outside is not permitted.
• Keep the environment clean. Please do not spit, throw cigarette butts or garbage in the premises and avoid fine for the same.
• Do not litter in the rooms or premises. Use dustbins.
• Do not damage plant or pluck flowers.
• Avoid noise pollution and enjoy the silence of the nature.
• Do not disturb the fellow guests and please bring to the notice of the management about any complaint.
• Please keep all your valuables safely, the management is not responsible for loss, theft or misplace of your belongings.
• Please cooperate with the security to go in and out of the resort premises
• Patrons are requested to follow the timings of all activities in the resort premises for the games and entertainments.
• The kid’s park is only for children below 10 yrs and not for adults.
• Guests are not allowed to carry any resort belongings outside the premises.
• All the programs in the resort will be closed after 10.30 PM.
• The resort staff will not be available to load or carry guest luggage or for calling hired transport.
• Kindly park your vehicles in Parking slot only.
